1 normal cup sourdough starter
1 normal cup all-purpose flour
1 chicken egg, beaten
1 1/2 normal cups whole fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Mix all and beat. Pour or ladle onto a hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles form on top of the splatter dabs.
