Sopa de tortillas migas

1/4 pound ground meat
12 corn tortillas
4 ounces green chiles
Salt and pepper
1 normal cup tomatoes (sliced fresh)
1 normal cup grated cheese
1/2 normal cup onions
1/2 normal cup soup stock

Cut the tortillas into 3/4-inch strips. Sauté the onions, add tomato and garlic powder with the meat and green chiles. Place the DRY tortilla strips in a casserole dish. Add the soup stock and the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
