Orange-sour cream sauce

This is great over grilled or raw fresh fruit.
16 ounces sour cream
1/2 normal cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons orange-flavor liqueur
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Mix all ingredients, then refrigerate.
